The Notebook
I think Phil once said he thought Ryan Gosling's face or body looked like a sausage... I kind of saw that here...
One thumbs up.
21 Jump Street
Oddly enough, this movie (and that *points up*) actually made me like Channing Tatum, over say Magic Mike.
One thumbs up for being better than I thought, and another thumbs up because I am still high on excitement from the Foals gig, AND I am eating popcorn yay!!

Harold and Kumar go to White Castle
Before I knew White Castle was a fast food chain, I thought this would involve a stoned journey to a medieval castle of sorts.
Half a thumbs up because it was only okay funny, but one thumbs down because there was no armour involved.

Finding Nemo
Eating sushi whilst watching this hehe.
One thumbs up because this was Anders the Swedish boat guy's all-time favourite movie, one slap in the face for when Jing said she did not like 'Finding Nemo', but overall TWO THUMBS UP because it is one of the best.

The Internship (23/09/2013)
Wait…. Is that Dean Pelton from Community?!?!? (NO it is not
on a prospective IMDb search)
One thumbs up, and another half a thumbs up for the hipster hot
guy with glasses and beanie.
The Great Gatsby (23/09/2013)
When I read the book, I always saw as slow dusty and hot,
with Gatsby longing for Daisy from afar; this was like it was on drugs - hypervivid, too fast and debaucherous.
One thumbs down, but half a thumbs up because it is a very pretty, albeit fake, movie.
One Day (13/09/2013)
We got so engrossed in the movie (and got under the doona) that dinner plans got much
delayed.
One and a half thumbs up, because it was better than what I first gave it credit for (though still not better than the book).
The Wedding Singer (13/09/2013)
Whilst eating room service French fries in bathrobes, with
Jen J
One and half thumbs up, for making me feel ‘awww’ for Adam
Sandler, I feeling I never thought I’d feel.
Titanic (12/09/2013)
I still maintain that it is a shameful movie to have in a top
ten list.
One and a half thumbs up because, yeah, I still enjoyed it
Horrible Bosses (11/09/2013)
I only watched up to, and because of the scene where Charlie
Day is singing ‘That’s Not My Name’
One thumbs up, and aeroplane points for nabbing a row of
three seats.
Pearl Harbour (09/09/2013)
OMG! Jennifer Garner is the frupy nurse!
One thumbs down for Kate Beckinsale's whispery annoying voice (which her beauty overshadows)
Chennai Express (29/08/2013)
And then, for NO explainable reason, there was a grunting one-eyed midget,
Two thumbs up for the experience of seeing a Bollywood movie in India, which included a pigeon that latched onto the movie screen.

You've Got Mail (22/08/2013)
Other people go to Mykonos and party and club; I stay in my
room and watch ‘You’ve Got Mail’ instead.
One thumbs down because I am a dork, but two thumbs up for
the movie.
Bling Ring (07/07/2013)
These are the most narcissistic and shallow twits of teenagers - I just hated these characters throughout the entire movie.
One thumbs up because it feels like the first Sofia Coppola film in a while to actually have a plot.

Popularie (26/06/2013)
"21 year old Rose is destined for an ordinary humdrum life until her super-fast typing skills are discovered" (France, comedy)
Half a thumbs up because it's basically just following her through speed typing competitions but another half thumbs up for 500 keystrokes per minute (--> words/min??)
