What a pretentious film.
Thumbs down, for making me realise that some people are dicks, some people are idiots unto themselves for letting the dicks get away with this, and that I am essentially going through the same pretentious little stupid problems but that is why it looks so ridiculous on screen - I've clearly had a hard day with confronting food for thought, humbling realisations and now disliking the fact that I've gone way over one sentence but am trying to disguise this by not using a fullstop till now.

Lol/yay for Ricky Ponting mention - did you know that he is Usain Bolt's sporting idol?
One and a half thumbs up, which I think is slightly lower than what I would have given it the first time I watched it in the cinema... interesting...

I still don't like Matthew McConaughy, but he is perfect as a greased up sleaze man stripper.
One thumb fake-sexily inclined upwards only a little bit, because I left feeling oddly empty inside... not sure why? Maybe the ending was just bad?

Emily Blunt is so great - she is so pretty and does beautiful understated emotions with just her face.
